Missing people in the People list

I have done the rebuild Cache Files, the name still is not found. The name is Von Inns, a search for Von lists nothing, search for Inns finds the Von Inns record, is there a setting that doesn't record or find that is only lists surnames over three characters?

You can control this in Reunion--->Settings....--->General Settings--->Prefix words
