How to view all media

The Media sidebar shows all media for the current couple. Is there a method for showing all media that is in the database?

I would like to check the filename path to each of the images.

Here are two options, one with the full path up front and the other with the image up front.

If you want to see the full path on screen but not the image then choose Reports > Media Usage for all people, families, and sources. You see the full path, can click to see usage (people/families but no event detail), and can double click to open the image in Preview.

If you want a report that shows the images and file names together use the Thumbnails option in the NavBar to display media for all people. Family media are included; source media can be reported separately. The attached example has been set to use smaller images, 4 per page in groups with the captions set to include the file names and events. These will be the leaf names only, not the full paths, but you can right click an image and choose Reveal in Finder.

A Thumbnails PDF with all its display options plus the ability to include family media is handy for combining with Books and other reports where Media Pages don't have that ability.
