I started a family tree with family search a few years ago which I need to revisit. As I recall FS does not provide you with links to archived documents but instead relies on the connection your tree makes with other trees. From those connections you can verify and revise your research.

You can download archived documents from FS.
After you search, in the Search Results, at the left hand side you will see "View."
If there is a document picture or a camera there, you can view the archived documents and download them.
After just a few minutes I discovered two documents for my G grandfather that are not found with Ancestry.ca. For a free site Family Search has already proved itself to me.

I won't display my list here. The "Genealogy" tab in my Safari has roughly 150 sites bookmarked. But there are only maybe 10 or 15 that I visit with any regularity. And most of the small group parallels sgilbert's.

I use quite a few of the sites already mentioned—no point in duplicating. In addition, if you have French ancestors, that country has done a wonderful job of putting old parish records online. In my case, the area I most need is covered by the Archives Départementales des Côtes d’Armor, which I have used hundreds of times.
Do any of you use the Web Search function in Reunion and put in additional websites or do you know if there is a way to submit website for Reunion to add to their list in the program?

Users cannot add sites to the Web Search. However, you may send an email to us with links to helpful web sites/resources that you would like to see implemented in Reunion. Our contact information can be found here...
To check to see if any new sites have been added, open Reunion and choose Reunion -> Preferences. Then, click on Web and open the Searching tab. Finally, click on the "Check for New Sites..." button at the bottom.

I use the "Search Favorites" quite often. It is a time saver to hit several sites at the same time.

I have found that there are a number of BDM records in FamilySearch that do not appear in Ancestry. I am now using the two sites together to provide me with a much stronger framework for my tree.
