I'm not sure this has anything to do with Reunion.

Are you sure your Mac is up-to-date and that iCloud is working normally? I would try troubleshooting that first...

I can not up grade my 2011 Mac and it i keep saying sign in to iCloud thanks for the link it saying the same thing on my laptop

Hi Sue. I'm sure you must be frustrated. I still think your priority should be figuring out why you can't log into iCloud.
Even if you have to contact Apple, I think if you solve that problem, the Reunion issues will clear up.

Hi Kirk. Yes I am frustrated I looked at the settings on my mac and it says can't connect to the internet was and i was sign in but still asked for the pass word so it look like I have to contact or take the computer an apple sore in Brisbane Australia I not that good with fixing them thanks for reply ok my sister has the same issues on hear on the phone
