No index list in ReunionTouch

[AlainFarhi]

I have two files synchronized to my Reunon 12.

In the smaller file ( 14,000 names) I do see the index and search works.

In the larger file (259,000 persons and 450 mb with photos), I have no index and search function.

For both files, all features are working.

I use an iPhone X with 256 gb running 11.4.2
Réunion are the latest.

Any suggestions to fix it?

I often find this problem with my file (69,000 names) and then for no obvious reason the people list can (not always) come back. It is quite annoying.

Re: No index list in ReunionTouch

I am seeing the same problem: the index is empty, even though there are over 37000 people. I can navigate to any of them, they are all there, but the index is empty.
This just started happening last night. Before that the index was working properly.

Re: No index list in ReunionTouch

My index came back, after I quit Reunion on the Mac. Evidently Reunion was somehow convinced that it needed to suspend syncing in the phones, even though it was thoroughly idle. After I quit Reunion, the phones synced, and the index reappeared.
