Reunion Touch - not accepting images

Hi all,

Using my iMac 10.12.4 and Reunion 11.0.11 and Reunion Touch 1.0.3 on both my iPad & iPhone, I find there is one person in my tree who I cannot add images to from the iMac. They show properly on the iMac but, for some reason, they do not showup on either my iPad or iPhone. All OK for the husband though.

I have tried re-setting the "sharing status" but still no success. These images are all .jpg format.

Anyone have any clues as to why these images don't show on my iPad/iPhone ?

Did you recently edit the photos in question?

If yes, the Help file on Reunion Touch suggests going over to your Mac and doing a thumbnail rebuild (Prefs > Multimedia > Rebuild Thumbnails) followed by doing File > Sharing Status > Reset Sharing.

Otherwise, someone else might have a suggestion.

Sorry I should also have said that I "rebuilt thumbnail" before posting.
Even today on opening my iPad the images in question are not showing.

This may be a question for Reunion tech help.
