Is there a way to search only the Marriage record's "Misc. Notes"? I don't want results for all "Misc. Notes", just the ones in the marriage section. In particular, I would like to search for marriage notes that are not empty. Thank you!

This can be done by choosing Find > Advanced Find and selecting the Couples tab. Then, select these conditions:Originally posted by jokeefe View Post

I would just add that the name Misc. Notes can be misleading. It does not mean you are searching a catch-all for notes in various places. If you look in the left margin of the family's Notes tab you will see a list of the note fields managed there, and Misc. Notes is likely the only name you have set up. If you don't like that name you can change it in Settings > Fields > Family > Notes.Comment
