Descendant Chart and Chart Index Issue

Hi,
I created a large Descendant Chart, and created a Chart Index. I noticed an error in the Chart so under the Chart Object dropdown I selected Go to Family View, and made the change in Family View. Back to the Chart, I selected Update from Family File (to reflect the change) in the Chart and saved the Chart. So far so good. However, when I "redo" the Chart Index, the change is NOT reflected in the new Chart Index. Is this a glitch?
