Fixing Changing a generation level?

I have made a fairly major mistake in my Tree. I have two sibling entered as one being the child of the other. This has BIG implication because I have several generation after them entered so deleting a re-entering would be lots of work. Is there and easy way to move a part of a tree up a level. See image. On the right Owen should be a brother of Peter not a child of Peter. Does any one know how to fix this?
