The files in the photo only seem to happen after I put my user name and license code in reunion 14 and is still registered in my name Has no Picture of the files just white when the folder is open

Description is quite vague. Sounds like you are wanting to add photos to Family View. Suggest that you click on the question mark in the lower left corner to open the manual then do a find on the word multimedia. Likely that will have your answer.
