Log In to Ancestry.com from Reunion

When I log in to my Ancestry.com account (and 3 others) from my Reunion program the view I get for Ancestry is much larger than it had been. It takes up about 3/4 of my 27" iMac. I called the Safari people, but they said it must be a problem with my settings for Reunion. Anyone have suggestions about how I can fix this & return to the view size I had?

From what you say, my guess is that your previous visit was a direct sign in and your current visit is via Reunion. If that is the case and you continually switch back and forth, it's not any setting you can fix. You certainly have heard of cookies. These store data from your latest visit to a particular URL including window size and position. Thus, you can see what happens..

There might be some other explanation but, like I said, this is my guess.

Thank you Bob. I don't understand. I don't recall signing in to Ancestry.com any other way than through Reunion., (Although I might have and have forgotten about it.) Any suggestions if I did? How can I fix it so that the Ancestry window is the same size as before?
