    GEDCOM Import Fail

    I exported a GEDCOM from another app and when I try to import into Reunion 14 it seems to go through the process, but when it finished the tree is empty and there are no people listed. How do I troubleshoot?

    I forgot to mention that I looked at the GEDCOM and it appears to be in "standard" format.

      OK, I deleted the family file and created a new one and the import worked this time. Go figure!
