Family View Locks Up

One of my eight main Reunion files has an intermittent problem. When I open the FamilyFile, the Family View sometimes shows blank yellow fields with no data (see attached). Restarting Reunion restores the Family View and no data appears to be lost. However, many of my Reunion settings have to be reset, and appear to have been set to their defaults.

Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Try this:
Go to 'File' and drop down to 'Rebuild Cache Files'

Thank you for your suggestions. As per past suggestions, I have tried rebuilding the cache files and I have sent the family file to Reunion for assistance. The problem is not occurring as often, but continues to persist.
