Hi, I have been successfully sharing my file between my Mac and iPad via DropBox for several years, but it has suddenly stopped working after doing a mass update on a flag. I am unable to get it to resume. In the Reunion application, the Sharing Status menu brings up a window saying "This file is not being shared." It includes the instructions to either start sharing by downloading the file in ReunionTouch, or resume by opening the file there. The button to Reset Sharing is greyed out.
When I go into the ReunionTouch app and open the file, I get a popup "Sharing Suspended" telling me that the host has suspended sharing with the device. I tried deleting the family file on the iPad and downloading it again. Almost immediately after opening it I got that same popup that sharing is suspended again.
I have checked that my DropBox is working on both devices and there is plenty of space in the account. The reunion apps are all up to date too. I'm not sure what to do to fix this. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Dave
