GEDCOM Export Optional Fields

It seems like a change occurred, where optional fields settings area no longer preserved from one GEDCOM export to the next. Is there a way to preserve these? Is this a bug?

I am able to duplicate this as well and will pass a note onto our engineering staff to check into fixing in a future update.
