Why can't I add pictures to Family View

All of a sudden, I am unable to add pictures of people, and tombstones to the Family View. What am I doing wrong? Any help is appreciated!

Try opening the Media sidebar for that person to see if the image is actually being linked to them, but simply is not being considered the "Preferred" picture for that person. Note: if you see the picture in the Media sidebar, select it (highlight it) and select "Preferred" from the Media Tools menu that opens when you click on the Tools icon (hammer) at the bottom of the Media sidebar.

I hope something here is helpful in getting the picture to appear on the family view for that person.

However, if not, pleae let me know if the picture is being dragged into the Media sidebar, into the Media window, or directly onto the person's name button on the family view when attempting to add it.

What about adding pictures to people included in "notes"?

Adding pictures to the Notes field is not possible. However, in Reunion 14, they can be linked to a person's Name, Events, or Facts field and to a couple's Marriage or Events field. Also, they can be linked to sources.
