How can I find parents with children with advance find?

First, go to Help -> Contents and read the section on FIND.
Then, go to Advanced Find and try COUPLES with # OF CHILDREN MORE THAN 0

All parents have children! If you're trying to find a search condition involving "Parents," you're off track. Parents with children are just people with children.
You can search by couple, as KirkS suggests, or you can directly search for people. Just use "# of Children Not Equal 0" (zero) (or the equivalent "# of Children Greater Than 0"). Any of these options should get you the same results.Brad Mohr
