Once the backup has been saved, to find matches for all sources and merge all of the duplicates at once, choose File -> Match and Merge Sources... (or click on the Tools icon (hammer) at the bottom of the Sources sidebar and select Match & Merge Sources). Then, enter your criteria for a duplicate source and click Match... At the bottom of the Merge Sources window, you will see a Merge All button...
Additional information about matching and merging sources can be found in the manual by searching for match merge sources. To access the manual, click on the ? in just about any Reunion window or choose Help -> Contents.Deb Stuller

However, since I now understand what you are wanting, I will add a request to our wish list to add that feature in a future version upgrade of Reunion. As with all feature requests, I cannot make any promises as to when or if it will be implemented. But, I can promise it will be considered as our developers work to improve Reunion
