When I click the "File" menu in Reunion 14, "Sharing Status" is no longer a choice. When I open Reunion Touch on my iPhone 16, I get the message "Locate 'Sync' File", but there is no folder in iCloud Drive called "ReunionTouch Remote Sharing" folder.

I went through this same problem with Deb on the phone about a month ago. She was also on my computer and it was finally resolved, but I can't remember everything that she did - we were on the phone for the better part of an hour. Personally, I think that iCloud is a big part of the problem and, most likely, will be changing back to Dropbox in the near future. Anyway, I'd suggest that you chat directly with Reunion Support to resolve the issue.

Thank you, Herb. I chatted with Deb and we were able to resolve the issue, but there were several steps, as you mentioned. They might want to update the Help file to specify that in order to check your Sharing Status (from the File menu), you must first be in Family View.Originally posted by Herb View Post..., I'd suggest that you chat directly with Reunion Support to resolve the issue.
