If you are asking about the ORDER that people are entered into the database, it doesn't really matter as long as you are adding each person that has a connection to someone else already in the database. (There is a way of adding people who are not related to anyone else, but that is not what you are asking.)

For your Great Great Grandfather, use the method for adding another spouse that I outlined above. You can add as many spouses as you like.

For your Great Grandfather, add the third wife using the same method. Then add the daughter under the two of them. I usually enter biological children under their biological parents, but you don't have to do that if you don't want to. To me, if you put all the children from several spouses under just one pair of parents it is confusing, but some people prefer that way.

Yes - go to the Edit menu, and choose "Add unrelated person..."
