File in Dropbox
Hi I have tried to open a fine in dropbox but will not open or convert the family file

Don't solve 2 problems when you could solve 1.
Place a copy of the file on your local hard drive.
IF it opens and converts from your hard drive, THEN you have a Dropbox issue.
ELSE the file itself is the problem (maybe corrupted).
