Replacing Events

I would like to change all of the Chr events to Baptism and have the data in Chr added to the new Baptisms. Is this possible? I looked at Replace, but it looks like it won't do events. Thanks.

I think you can do this quite easily.

Go to Reunion's preferences > Field Settings and on the right column there is "Default Person Events".

At the bottom you can "add Baptism and remove Christen "


Perhaps you need to "remove Chr" first.

I personally have changed an entry of burial to read "Burial/Cremated"

Go to Reunion Preference (or setting in Ventura) ------> Fields ------> Move tab

There you can choose to move one field to another.

Roger
