Add Sauce to Thumbmails

Hi On Reunion Touch get Info it has Thumbnails 117 and when I click on that has small 8 of 102 and large 8 of 15 and underneath source small 0 of 15 and source large 0 of 5 on the iPhone and the iPad has the same details using reunion 13

It sounds like maybe there was a problem downloading your family file to ReunionTouch.

Open your family file in Reunion on your Mac, choose File > Sharing Status from Reunion's main menubar and in the window that appears click "Reset Sharing."

Wait a few minutes to allow Reunion to update your family file to Dropbox and then open your family file in ReunionTouch on one of your devices.

Gregg: Long time user here who never tapped on "Thumbnails" in the Get Info section as there is no visual clue that tapping will give one another window. Did a read of the help section on photos and thumbnails without finding the answer to my question.

My question is: What are the ideal readings? e.g., If there are 100 thumbnails, should it read 100 out of 100 to indicate no problems? Or if it reads, let's say, 96 out of 100, does that indicate a problem? And, if so, what is the usual nature of the problem?

What are the ideal readings?

The ideal reading should be just the number of thumbnails. This window will only show the "out of" counts if ReunionTouch thinks more images are waiting to be downloaded.
