Can I change the dark type of a person name in edit window in Reunion 13 like it is in Reunion12

I think you can by going to Reunion Preferences>Family View>Default< Miscellaneous where you can select many colours.

Look at my screenshot. Are you referring to # 1 or # 2? Number 2 can be changed as Alan points out. I don't think that # 1 is editable.
