German Translation of Reunion V13

Hi All

First of All many Thanks, for this still great peace of work
I started years ago with Reunion 6 and upgraded till 8
I had a break in genealogy, because of time lack.

Now some questions.

Back then, we even started to translate Reunion into German. A German guy started with it and I helped as much as I could.

Now I realize that some terms in the old files are in German, some in English and some both German with English : Geburtstag Date

So my question is, was the translation possibility abandoned ?

Where can the translation this still be done.
Do i have access to the language package in the Reunion folder or do I have to make a new folder

Can someone give me an answer to this.

The first step would be to download and install the German translation, which you can get here. Note that your Mac will need to have its Primary Language set to German for the translation to be applied.

If you still find a mix of English/German after installing that translation, let us know.

I don't quite understand this.
Do you mean that I need a family that has German as a primary language ??

I downloaded at Leister Production. Would I have downloaded an English version.

In System Preferences... , Language & Region, you must have German set as the Primary language.

We only supply an English version. In order to have Reunion in other languages, you have to download and install a translation pack. The German translation pack can be downloaded from the website I linked to.
