List of occupations

Is there a way to get a list of occupations for marked persons? or for all persons in the family file?

To get a listing of occupations for marked people, choose Find > Advanced Find and select the following conditions:

Facts / Occupation ... Is Not ... <leave field empty>

√ And ... (I.e., check the box beside the "And" operator.)

Attributes / Person Marked ... Yes

The search will look like this...

Then, click the Find button.

To get a listing of occupations for all people simply uncheck the "And" operator and click Find.

In addition to Deb's option, you can also get a statistical list of occupations (or any fact) by selecting Reports on the navbar and then selecting "Names & Facts."
