How do I generate of list of place names using find?

Am trying to generate of list of people where birthplace includes caste; want person name and castle name. My results dont look anything like the example in Help. Am sure this is so simple that it is hard..........

Here is how I do it: In the find advance Enter Birth Place Contains Castle. This should give you a results of all places that contain Castle. I used kentucky as I am not fortunate enough to have any castles in my locations...

Then to get your list click on the small red rectangles at the bottom of the results and that should bring up the list results you can then change the columns to contain what you want.
