Why is the v.13 Family File not showing up in my MacBook Air Dropbox window even though it is in my iMac Dropbox? There is a file with "master 13.familyfile 13" showing in the laptop, but it only has a list of cache files. When opening any of those files I get the message: There is no application set to open the document. How do I get the Reunion app into my laptop? I don't remember having this problem with other upgrades.

It sounds like you haven't installed the Reunion 13 application onto your laptop, so the Reunion 13 family file is not being recognized -- resulting in it appearing as a folder containing several different files.Originally posted by Donna Birkey View PostThere is a file with "master 13.familyfile 13" showing in the laptop, but it only has a list of cache files
You should download and install Reunion 13 onto your laptop:
Once installed the family file in your Dropbox should appear as a family file, instead of as a folder, and you should be able to open it in Reunion 13.

The family file will, but the application won't -- that needs to be installed in the Application folder on each Mac. Without the application, macOS won't recognize the family file and you won't be able to open it.Originally posted by Donna Birkey View Post...I thought if it was on the desktop and in Dropbox it would automatically show up on the laptop.Mark Harrison
