Is there a way to show a child with her birth parents and her adoptive parents?

I don't know if this helps you. In my case, Mom and my bio father divorced when I was still in diapers. She married again several years later and, about a year after that, I was adopted legally by the second husband. Of course, he is Dad to me; I grew up with him.

Anyway, I show all three of her spouses. My bio father's record is noted [with the details regarding the adoption (date, which court, etc..)] that he gave up rights to me while my legal father's record is noted with the details regarding the adoption (date, which court, etc..)

There are very likely several other ways to record this information.
