So if I start with the oldest ancestor it would ne easy to follow the line to myself

    Try doing the following...

    1. Open your family file and choose Find in the navbar on the left.

    2. In the Find panel, under "Find relationship between two people," drag your name from the People sidebar on the right into the Person 1 space and drag your earliest ancestor into the Person 2 space. (Or, use the menu buttons — the blue up/down arrows — to select the appropriate names.)

    3. Click the "Mark Direct Line..." button.

    4. In the message window that appears, check the box to "Unmark Everybody First." Then, click Mark...

There's also Direct Lines Bold. If you don't know this, check it out via Help.
