Finding family file in OS 11.2.3

I have a family file in Dropbox. It is no longer in Documents,as I moved it to use an iPad. In 12 version I cannot get it to open in my macBook Pro. Reunion 12 opens but will not show the family file screen. Any ideas?

When you see the "Select a family file..." window, click on Dropbox in the far left column of that window. (Dropbox should appear under Favorites.) Afterward, you should see your family file and be able to open it.
