I am preparing a book for a branch of my family which includes information that has been placed in a Notes field call Miscellaneous. When I create the book, including the Miscellaneous field, it does not include this information for people who have no children. For example, in the first generation, I have Johann Georg, his Miscellaneous field, and a list of his children including Frederic who never married and has no children. In the next generation, each of the children has a section with their Miscellaneous field, except for Frederic; he is skipped entirely. How do I include poor Frederic in the book? (I know that I read this in the manual, but I can't find it now.)
