Source Fields - styles

If I create a bunch of custom source templates is there a way to specify styles for the form fields specific to that source template?

For example, I may want to put a title in italics if it is a published work, but in quotation marks if it is unpublished. What is happening to me now is that if I specify quotations on the title field it does it to all text in any title field, regardless of the template. Am I doing something wrong or is this a limitation?

Each source field type can only have one text style that's used anywhere that source field is used.

Perhaps one work around would be to create more than one source field with different names (e.g. "Title - Italics", "Title - Quotes", or whatever names work for you) to allow different text styles depending on template.
