I have attempted attaching an image from from Ancestry (ie original war record) by the "drag and drop" method into multimedia in the appropriate source. It works, although when I open the image in multi media, the image is unreadable. Is this operation not possible or am I doing something very wrong? Thanks for any help.

You need to download the image from Ancestry to your computer and then drag that image to Reunion - dragging directly from the browser won't get the high resolution image file.
