    'Search The Web' Feature

Anyone out here make use of this feature?

Quite often. Make sure you've configured your favorites beforehand.

I wish the fields in the sites would get populated like Familysearch and part of Ancestry is. The others don't.

SGilbert: would you please elaborate on what you mean by "Make sure you've configured your favorites beforehand"? I've been doing pretty good with the "factory" settings. So, I've never had to do any reconfiguration. If you have specifics for setting up my configuration to take best advantage of "Search the Web", I assume more than a couple of us would appreciate your insight.

What I meant was to add just the 'Favorites' you wish to use. Using all would be a disaster.

One tip: set up Reunion to use a different web browser--helps contain the overwhelming number of tabs!

Found when you click the top right hand corner. It will bring up a list--one of which is Search the web.

I am using MacOS 10.15 and Reunion 12.0 (build: 190924)
I am on Family View with the People Sidebar showing on the right
When I click the little down arrow at the top right I get this list:
                  People
                  Sources
                  Multimedia
                  Relatives
                  Ages
                  Places
                  Results>
                  Bookmarks
                  Treetops
                  Clipboard
                  Calendar
                  Reminders
                  Contacts
                  Islands
I can't find "Search the Web"

This feature can be found in the Person Menu, which is the menu that opens when you either click the "V" at top-right of a person's name button (the blue/pink button with their name in it, in the Family View), or when you CTRL+Click/Right-Click on their name button. In the menu that opens you'll find a "Search the Web" submenu.
