In the course of writing this, I solved my problem. So, here it is, in case it benefits others.
On my maternal grandfather's Events page, I included details of his movements as found in sources that included city directories, censuses, and family stories. And I included the sources. I wanted to create a person report that shows these details in order to share and discuss with my relatives, because, not surprisingly, the sources showed more complexity. But I couldn't figure out how to include the Events page in the report. It wasn't happening, even though I chose "include events".
What finally worked: Select Reports >Person
Include Sources
Layout > define layout
Name the new layout > Settings >person fields >click on box for each event to include
Save
Then send to Microsoft Word
Then check for any edits to clarify in Reunion before Naming and Saving the report again.
I'm using Reunion 12 with the July 22 service update.
