Apply Flag to Marked group

Is there a way to apply a flag (or remove a flag) to a group of marked people? I have been going through the manual and can not find any way of doing this.

Go to "Change" in the left sidebar.

Click on "Set Flags"

There you can choose what flag you want to apply, and what grouping of people - All People/Marked people/Unmarked People

Click on "Set"
