GEDCOM for FamilyTreeDNA.com

Has anyone here successfully uploaded a GEDCOM from Reunion to FamilyTreeDNA.com? I have made several attempts and none of them have worked. After uploading their site wants me to identify myself in order to link me to my DNA results. However, no names appear in the list as if I've uploaded an empty GEDCOM. I've opened the GEDCOM in TextEdit and it is not empty. Tech support at FamilyTreeDNA.com has been pretty much useless. Thanks for any help!

Yes, I have. Maybe your file is too big, it only accepts a limited number of generations, I think.
Otherwise, I don’t remember any particular problem or anything helpful, I’m afraid.

Thanks for your reply. I have resorted to entering the direct line ancestors manually.
