Navigate to the person/couple that you would like to appear when opening your family file. Then, "Option-click" (i.e., press and hold the Option key as you click) on the little brown home button on the bottom/center of the Reunion window.

Other methods for changing the Home Family can be found in your manual by searching for "home family." To access the manual, click on the "?" in the lower-left corner of just about any Reunion window or choose Help -> Contents.
