Privacy Preference Options

Having marked a branch for a web project, I would like to show full names only for those born after 1910. This option is there. But having selected this I would then like to completely exclude those who are marked private (typically ex spouses with no children). This would be a common and sensible thing to do, but is it possible? How?

I'm wondering this exact same thing - how to exclude (from charts, reports) ex spouses with no children.

I think it would be an easy fix to the preference menu for privacy. It's a major problem for me because I want to include just the full names of the living but screen off those marked private. Right now, it's just all or nothing.
