Yes. One way to display the Ahnentafel numbers on the family view is to choose Change > Numbering. Then, select either "Inside the Couple Buttons" or "Under the Couple Buttons" from the Numbering Tools menu.

Additional information about displaying numbers on the family view can be found in your manual by searching for "add numbering." To access the manual, choose Help -> Contents or click on the "?" in the lower left corner of just about any Reunion window.
