swapping out multimedia files

I've decided to swap out most of my document files that I created as PDFs with image files. Is there an easy way to find and replace those?

I've decided to swap out most of my document files that I created as PDFs with image files. Is there an easy way to find and replace those?

The easy way to get a list: go to Reports and generate a Multimedia Usage report. Then click on the "Type" column to sort by type. This will group all the .pdf files together.

I think replacing them, though, has to be done on a one-by-one basis, by hand. Depending on how many .pdf files you have, it may take a while, but the list will make it at least possible.
