Finding Relationships as you add new people

Please can some one remind me how to prevent Reunion from recalculating relationships on the fly - when you add a new person? It slows it down considerably - at least I think that's why it's slow.

If you click a ? button and search the manual for "relationships on the fly" you'll see the answer.
