Tree view

My screen in the Tree view is frozen. The top name box, left-most side, has a royal blue field with white letters. That's never happened before.

Help! It is late Friday night and I need help before Monday.

Hi Dee,

I haven't had that exact problem before, but a couple of times the app has behaved badly and I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it and then re - sync'ed with my Mac. That seemed to resolve the problem for me.

Have you tried restarting your Mac? About 95% of the time, the cure is that simple.

I agree Bob. I have had problems with applications on and off since I upgraded to Mavericks. Another thing to try is to verify your permissions.This sounds like a Mac problem rather than a Reunion problem.

Hi Dee,

Just to make sure I understood - are you having issues with the Reunion App on your iPad/iPhone, or issues with the Reunion program on your Mac?
