    Family Group Sheets

I'm a long time (over 20 years) user of Reunion. The last time I used a family group sheet was when you printed off the form and sent it through snail mail with a SASE enclosed.
Im helping a new Reunion subscriber begin to gather information to create a family tree. Essentially, she wants tombstone information from her brother and sisters and their immediate families as well as some cousins. In every case at this stage she knows their email addresses.
Im interested in knowing the easiest way ReunionTalk use to send the family group sheet by email and getting a completed copy back.
Your suggestions would be most appreciated.

When you generate the family group sheet report, you can select "Mail" as the Destination (the "Print/Save/Open" button will become "Open with Mail". If you click the button, Reunion opens a new message in mail and attaches the family group sheet to it, so all you need to do is fill in the e-mail address and add a brief note to it asking the recipient to fill it out and e-mail it back.

This is not the easiest way. But it is a way.

Print the family group sheet as a PDF. Then use Acrobat Professional (if you have it) to make it a fill-in form. E-mail the form as an attachment. Recipient can save it to their computer, fill it in, and e-mail it back.

The big assumption is that you have Acrobat Professional.

You can also do this with a much less expensive app called PDFpenPro. At $100.00 flat for the app vs. $15-$20/month for the Adobe Acrobat subscription, it's a real winner. See their website at http://smilesoftware.com/PDFpenPro/index.html
You can download a free trial-no time limit but watermarks docs saved.
Then, if you like, you can buy from the Mac App Store or the website.
***Be sure to get the PDFpenPro app. The regular PDFpen app does not do this***
