    Web project

The recent discussion about the easiest way to archive
    had Wayne Till recommend
    1. create web family cards (now called a web project) including multimedia
    2. export a gedcom selecting line length 80 and including multimedia and sources
    3. Put them in a folder and burn it to a CD/DVD

Where are there instructions for creating a web project?

If I do this and send the resulting CD to the organization planning to hold all my genealogy records, will they be able to use it if they don't happen to own Reunion?

In the manual. If you search for "Creating a Web Project" you will find a section called "Creating a Web Project". Just select "Reports" in the navbar and select "Web Project" to generate a Web Project; the manual may help with some of the finer points.

Yes. Anyone with a web browser should be able to use the resulting report.

For a repository, you may want to put a copy of the GEDCOM file on the CD as well.
