Picture can't be added

I'm trying to create a pedigree chart with pictures (either preferred or any other). The chart shows a picture for the source person only. Trying to include a picture in any of the other boxes gives a message 'picture can't be added'. Is there a bug somewhere or am I missing something?

Found the problem. Even though the pictures appear on the family card, when I look in the multimedia pane they're all highlighted with a question mark, i.e. not where Reunion excepts them to be. My fault folks, relax.
