    Finding Events with no Sources

How do I search for, say, all people with a Death Event that has no source for the event?

    Thanks,

    Jim

One way to do it would be to set up a Find like the attached image. You'll have to do a search like this for each event, and possibly for each attribute of the event if you think you might have entered a place for someone but no date.

Then you'll have to repeat for each of the other events that you have - death, census, occupation etc.

Note that "# of Citations" is under the Attributes item in the pop up menu.

Thanks Roger. I imported an old file to "rescue" some of the people in it. Numerous Death Events no longer have a source but the Cause of death and the Burial Events appear to be OK. I think what you showed will find all of them thank goodness. Appreciate it.
