I want to create a timeline from a variety of sources: multiple records in Reunion and historic and geographic events. I find the Reunion timeline a little tedious for doing this. Anyone suggest additional software I might use?

Re: Timelines
If the timeline chart format is otherwise acceptable, it's very easy to create a text file in a word processor with all your historical events, and use that to populate your timeline chart.
Just search on "Technical Information on Perspective Event Sets" (without the quotes) in the manual, and the entry will explain how to do this.
This may not be what you're looking for, but I thought it would probably be worth at least mentioning.

Re: Timelines
I've done that before, but I'm looking for one that is not static, and will let me enter new events as I find them in my research. i need to be able to enter dates and events on the fly. Thanks for responding, though.Originally posted by ttl View PostIf the timeline chart format is otherwise acceptable, it's very easy to create a text file in a word processor with all your historical events, and use that to populate your timeline chart.
