Once a photo has been loaded into multimedia, or as a photo of an individual, is it possible to rotate the photo for viewing? Some of mine have come out, for example, vertical rather than horizontal. If so, what are the steps for doing it?

Hi,
Yes -- it is possible to rotate the image in Reunion. Navigate to the person and double-click on their preferred picture to open the Media window, then select the photo you want to rotate in the Media window and click the "Rotate image." icon at the bottom of the window (just right of the Tools/hammer-looking icon).
